The 3 Days of Suffer...

15-1-2009 (Thursday) The starting

Today i was happy that there's sports lesson!
This was the first sports lesson in 2009.
Our sports coach had changed,
We all call him "hei ban wen lao shi"
My teacher told us that the sports day is coming,
So he start 2 choose ppl 4 the raceing competition
50M , 100M , 200M , 400M , 4X100
I was choosen in 50M , 100M , 200M , 400M , 4X100!
But my teacher say that 1 person can't partisipate in all section...
If not will pengsan..
So he let me in the 50M , 100M and 4X100 onli...
I was soo happy when i go home i told my mom,my grandma,my brothers and more more....

16-1-09 (Friday) The night mare starts....

In the morning my leg starts 2 feel pain..
My leg's muscles is hurting...
I can hardly walk...
Now i just realize that my sports coach let us do our warm up after the run...
He was so not a good coach...
When i go to school all of my class member told me that their leg is as pain as mine...
But in the morning was not so bad..
In the night...
My leg was hurting me...
I can't really walk just if i fause my self i can...
I sit at the sofa for all night till it's time 2 sleep...
Actualy, I can't even sleep...
My leg is too pain for my mind 2 sleep it keep disturbing me >.<>.<>.<
17-1-09 (Saturday) I hate my coach for my whole life!!
In the morning my leg was recovering,
And can walk as normal but i can hardly run !
When it's the time for the sports lesson,
My coach wants 2 train those who partisipate in the sports competition,
But my whole class told our coach that our leg is pain!
We can't run!!
So,our coach say:"ok,then let's play DUCH BALL"
As u see....i'm a girl so i hate duch ball....
Our whole class lined up in front of our class and heading 2 the court,
A boy from our class named "Chew Yun Fei"
He play the ball and when our coach wants it back he throw it to him
It makes the coach angry
and want's to punish us!!
He punished us the duck walk and frog jump the whole court for 6 times !!!!
But our teacher say that those who didn't wear the sports T-shirt no nid to be punished.
The boy who should be punished din't wear the sports T-shirt how lucky he is!
It hurts my leg!!
I feel my leg melting.... and feel that it's so heavy...
After that we play duch ball ...
DUH i dun have time for that but 4 resting my leg...
FINALY, it's time 2 go back 2 our class WOOHOOO!
but, i can't even walk up stairs because of the pain.....
Now it's time for recess GOOD my tummy is hungry
but i could hardly walk down stairs...+ my class is on the top floor my leg is killing me!!!!
My coach was soo berat sebelah !
The boy who should be punished dosen't got punish but us the victims T_T
I hate him for my life!!!
I thought he was a good coach at the first.
But now he is the most worse coach in the world !
I don't wanna see his face again!!!

Haiz... now stand up my leg will shacke...
If bend leg 100% fall down....
Haiz.... The whole day sitting down is boring 1 leh....
